How The Food You Eat Becomes Your Body

Empower you ability to choose health with food physiology education covering the three macro-nutrients.

This talk will give a snapshot of the biggest misconceptions about food, diet and health including type II diabetes, good fats & bad fats, carbohydrates & sugar as well as what to eat for long term health and well being.

In the UK life expectancy, is increasing but healthy life years are decreasing with the least well-off most effected.
What can be done about it?
Health education.

Eat For Health believes that everyone deserves access to unbiased information of how to identify and choose healthy food without being manipulated by packaging, fad diets, super foods, media claims and deceptive marketing.

Elle is a Health Educator who has been running Eat For Health since 2017. She is passionate about healthy equity and endeavours to share physiology and nutrition information to allow individuals to choose health in Western Society where profit often come before consumer wellbeing. Many companies profit from the creation and proliferation of confusing and conflicting nutritional science- an effective method for disempowering healthful choice.

Over the past 3 years she has been delivering workshops and has recently developed a successful series of Cook For Health workshops currently running in Bristol (spaces left for July 5th!).
