By seeing how energy flows in the universe, we can plot a course into the world of nature and find out what is really needed to alleviate conflict and blocked energy in our gardens, homes, and in our own hearts.

This evening we will be given the tools to extend our Ki, dowse plants and trees, and see some of the extraordinary energetic structures in nature.

The session will include good Ki meditation time together. If the weather is favourable and there are no major downpours, some of the evening will take place in the Abbey House gardens. Please bring appropriate footwear and warm clothing. You might like to bring a cushion or a light camping chair for outdoors.

David is an organic companion gardener and has practised and taught Aikido, Ki breathing, meditation, and Kiatsu for many years. He has worked in nurture groups and youth clubs, supporting young people to stay centred and positive through their school experience. He is a ceremonialist, a storyteller, and a musician.
