In this intriguing, highly practical and interactive talk to begin our Positive Living year, Michael shares his unique approach of how to feel good and create your reality. Learn ways to be ok with where you are, find peace in challenging emotions and open the door to the life you want, making 2020 your best year yet.
Michael is a wonderful speaker and we are delighted to welcome him to the group again. He is an in-demand ‘life coach’ and personal development teacher who shares ideas to help people empower themselves and live their best life. Teaching through books, workshops, seminars and one-to-one sessions, Michael has developed a tried-and-tested method which inspires others to fully enjoy and heal their lives.
Michael has studied many different approaches and his early training included Integrative Counselling (Cognitive-Behavioural, Psychoanalytical and Humanistic), although he doesn’t describe his current work as therapy. He has written articles which have been featured in leading publications (including The Huffington Post) and he regularly facilitates events across the country.
He has become particularly sought-after in his work around dealing with anxiety and intense emotional challenges – and wrote a book about this, Lighthouse: Navigate the emotional storms of life and discover the power within you which has been described as a “modern classic up there with Think and Grow Rich“. His latest book is currently in-progress and will be published next year. Michael continues to research new paradigms of personal development, stress management and mind-body medicine.
