What exactly is Mindfulness? This will be an experiential introduction into some of the why’s and how’s of Mindfulness practice.
I will be giving an introduction to Mindfulness and offer some simple yet powerful practices that can be incorporated in daily life and help to break cycles of anxiety, unhelpful habits and stress while promoting fourfold health: physical, mental, emotional & spiritual.
Justine Corrie has an MA in Mindfulness based – Core Process psychotherapy. She works both 1:1 and also teaches Mindfulness to adults and in schools. She has been practicing meditation & mindfulness for over 20 years.
