Our first sense of self and the world is our own movement patterns. These infant movements  become the neural blueprint that assists in development of the five senses and activates the hind, mid and forebrains. If these crucial infant stages are skipped or incomplete, mental and emotional growth is withheld. This amounts to suboptimal health, physical impairments and remaining emotionally stuck in the story of Self. On the other hand, if we can revisit those skipped or incomplete movement patterns, our human aspects can be integrated and restored.

Wayne will share a simple step by step explanation and demonstrate how infant development exercises and primitive movement patterns can heal the mind and body and enhance spiritual awareness. 

Wayne has spent 24 years healing his own broken and traumatized parts, dedicating his life to learning, studying and practising these methods and techniques, and helped countless others in the process. Wayne is a certified exercise kinesiologist, reiki master, breathwork facilitator, holistic health practitioner and ayahuasca guide.

This is not just exercise, but changing the way you live in your body and mind!
